Responsibilities

• Supervises blackjack operations across one to four playing areas with on-duty team communication.
• Prepares work schedules and assigns tables.
• Ensures smooth operation of the blackjack pit and promotes positive patron relations.
• Ensures adherence to standards and procedures per enterprise policies.
• Orders and approves paperwork for fills and credits.
• Maintains dependable attendance with minimal lateness.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
