Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Three (3) years of direct guest service experience required, preferably casino hosting experience.
Must have a broad knowledge of the Gila River Indian Community.
Ability to perform the GILA WAY: Greet, Interact, Listen, Appreciate our guest.

Responsibilities

Promotes and provides excellent guest service experiences to both internal and external guests.
Oversees development of relationships with high value slot and table players to meet their needs.
Liaises with casino guests meeting criteria to determine comps within guidelines.
Drives department productivity through new signups, loyalty programs, and retention of high value players.
Identifies potential players and expands relationships through on-floor communication.
Promotes Players Club and acquires new members with moderate to high potential.
Assists with planning and implementing Player Development events and initiatives.
Performs other special projects and duties as assigned.
