Qualifications

• Must acquire/maintain health and safety certifications and comply with policies.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and provides excellent guest service experiences to guests.
• Responsible for all aspects of restaurant operation management within a casino environment.
• Develops action plans and implements improvements to productivity, quality, and service.
• Coaches, trains, and mentors team to meet company standards.
• Maintains ambiance, monitors service quality and presentation.
• Ensures compliance with alcohol service policies and PCI/cash handling standards.
• Maintains POS systems in working order and accurate cash handling.
• Maintains dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Performs other special projects as assigned.
