Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service at gaming tables and assist with running tables.
• Observe gaming tables and alert management to any cheating or disruptions.
• Facilitate smooth operation and positive guest relations at the tables.
• Cover tables for dealers as needed.
• Track guests at shift changes and prepare totals for next shift.
• Enter guest information into system with description, bet, win-loss, and money totals.
• Sign up new Players Club members and print cards.
• Enter chip fills or credit requests and update tracking system.
• Fulfill guest requests for food, beverage and show tickets.
• Demonstrate Guest Service First behavior.
• Maintain dependable attendance with minimal absences or lateness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
