Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• One-year verifiable experience in Table Games is required.
• Must pass Pit Supervisor-Box Person training with a score of 80% or better prior to hiring.
• Ability to effectively use Windows and Microsoft Office; ability to use Player tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the operation of all table games at Menominee Casino Resort.
• Assist with auditions, training and assessment of subordinate employees and maintain guest service standards.
• Monitor game pace, staffing, chips and paper trails; ensure compliance with procedures and internal controls.
• Communicate noteworthy or suspicious activity to management and facilitate information flow within the casino.
• Coach staff, maintain attendance records, supervise performance and ensure regulatory compliance.
