Job summary

Talking Stick Resort seeks a Table Games Pit Supervisor to monitor and control daily operations in the designated pit. You will supervise staff, ensure proper conduct, and protect assets by reducing cheating and disruptions.

Responsibilities include coaching dealers, coordinating shift coverage, handling disputes, and ensuring adherence to Title 31 and casino policies. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 3 years supervisory experience in a Table Games environment preferred.
• Basic PC skills; knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook applications.

Responsibilities

• Maintains visual presence on casino floor as much as possible.
• Resolves disputes and renders impartial decisions.
• Maintains knowledge of excluded patrons and/or employees.
• Keeps staff informed about events and promotions.
• Provides leadership to dealers and support staff.
• Coaches and trains staff to ensure consistent performance.
• Nurtures effective communication with management and shift staff.
• Ensures compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Grooms floor coverage through scheduling with the Shift Manager.
