Job summary

Azul Hospitality's Branch House Bistro in Redding, CA is seeking an Experienced F&B Supervisor to manage daily restaurant operations. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years in overall Food & Beverage operation with management experience.
• California RBS Certification required or pursued as part of role.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct administration and planning of F&B Outlets to meet daily operation needs.
• Supervise the restaurant with the F&B Manager and Executive Chef.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop staff to improve service quality.
• Lead the team towards exceptional guest service and staff satisfaction.
• Control food, beverage and labor costs across departments.
• Maintain health standards and ensure consistent food quality.
