Qualifications

• Strong leadership and customer relations skills are required.
• Experience in Food & Beverage operations is essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise F&B outlets and collaborate with leadership to ensure high standards of quality and service.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and coordinate with vendors for timely supplies.
• Train, coach, and develop staff; ensure adherence to safety and brand standards.
• Participate in meetings, menu briefings, and cross-training across departments.
• Monitor service quality and guest satisfaction, and address issues promptly.
