Job summary

The Sheraton in Redding, CA seeks an experienced Food & Beverage Operations Manager to maintain high standards of quality, service, and merchandising across outlets. You will lead and coach staff, control costs, and partner with the Director of Sales and Executive Chef to drive guest satisfaction and profitability.

Responsibilities include planning daily operations, hiring and training, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and implementing programs to improve guest experience

Qualifications

• Must manage staff and budgets with a guest-focused mindset.
• Experience in F&B operations and supervision is required.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct F&B outlets operations to meet daily needs of the resort.
• Lead, coach, and develop the team for high guest satisfaction.
• Control food, beverage and labor costs across departments.
• Partner with Sales and Executive Chef on planning and promotions.
• Ensure health, safety and quality standards are consistently met.
