Hospitality Ventures Management Group is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to lead daily operations of the hotel bistro, ensuring smooth service, quality food and beverage preparation, and an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience is a plus.
• A combination of education and experience
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Sufficient education and/or literacy needed to read product labels and communicate with guests
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Ensure our hotel's bistro runs smoothly and efficiently, providing guests with a memorable and enjoyable dining experience.
• Supervise bistro staff, coordinate daily operations, and ensure exceptional customer service.
• Report to the Food & Beverage Operations Manager or Bistro Manager.
