Job summary

Azul Hospitality seeks an experienced Food & Beverage leader to manage the hotel outlets, ensuring top-quality food, service, and merchandising to maximize profitability. You will direct daily operations, coach staff, and collaborate with culinary and sales teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires strong budgeting, inventory control, and cost containment skills, with a focus on maintaining brand standards and driving revenue growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years Food & Beverage operations experience required.
• 1–2 years management experience required.
• Culinary, sales and service background required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age to serve alcohol.
• Safe Server Alcohol & Food Handlers certification required.
• Ability to provide and maintain a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct F&B outlets to meet daily operation needs.
• Oversee budgeting and inventory for outlets.
• Lead scheduling, training, and coaching of F&B staff.
• Collaborate with culinary team on menu development and promotions.
• Coordinate with Sales and Banquets for events and catering.
• Monitor food, beverage, and labor costs to meet target profitability.
• Ensure adherence to brand standards and safety regulations.
• Maintain vendor relationships and timely supply of products.
