You will sell, schedule, and coordinate events, input guest information into our CRM, and work with the Sales Manager to exceed quarterly targets.

This role requires prior sales experience, a guest-focused attitude, teamwork, strong communication, and the ability to handle day, night, and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience; food & beverage or retail experience is a plus.
• Guest-focused mindset and teamwork.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in Excel, Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Sell, schedule, and coordinate corporate, group, and birthday events.
• Input sales data and guest information in the CRM system.
• Assist Sales Manager to meet quarterly event sales targets.
• Prospect and cold call to develop new and repeat business.
• Support local store marketing to boost event sales.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and share ideas.
• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards during shifts.
