Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years medical sales experience, preferably within the OR setting.
• Proven track record to effectively present concepts to customers in formal and informal settings.
• Strong analytical and pipeline management skills with complex sales experience.
• Experience selling to multiple call points and decision makers within accounts.
• Professional training program experience (e.g., Challenger Selling).

Responsibilities

• Generate territory plan of action to attain and achieve territory sales goals.
