Job summary

Smith+ Nephew is seeking an Account Manager, Biotissue, to drive growth in OR, acute care and post-acute facilities. You will promote Grafix, Stravix and other products, educate clinicians, and lead territory plans to exceed quotas.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 2+ years of medical sales experience, with strong presentation and analytical skills; a Challenger Selling background is a plus. Hybrid work model offered and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years medical sales experience, preferably in OR settings.
• Proven ability to present concepts to customers in formal and informal settings.
• Strong pipeline and territory management skills with complex sales processes.
• Experience selling to multiple call points and decision makers within accounts.
• Professional training program experience (e.g., Challenger Selling).

Responsibilities

• Generate territory plan of action to attain territory sales goals.
• Educate end users on clinical benefits of Smith+ Nephew products.
• Deliver sales presentations to key customers and groups; conduct product lunches/dinners.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and decision-makers.
