Job summary

Smith+Nephew in Dallas, TX is seeking an Account Manager for BioTissue to drive growth with OR, acute and post-acute facilities. You will educate clinicians on Grafix/Stravix, lead territory plans, deliver product presentations, and build strategic partnerships with key decision-makers.

Qualifications include a bachelor's degree and at least two years of medical sales experience; strong pipeline management and multi-call-point selling experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years medical sales experience, preferably in OR settings.
• Proven ability to present key concepts and recommendations to customers in formal and informal settings.
• Strong pipeline management and territory analysis skills; experience navigating multiple call points and decision-makers.
• Experience with professional training programs (e.g., Challenger Selling) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate territory plan of action to attain and achieve territory sales goals utilizing excellent sales skills, territory management skills and customers relationships.
• Educate end users on the clinical benefits of Smith & Nephew products.
• Deliver sales presentations to key customers and customer groups as well as conduct product lunches and dinners for identified customer groups.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, decision-makers and thought leaders.
