Job summary

Smith+ Nephew is seeking an Account Manager, Biotissue to drive growth for Grafix, Stravix and related products across OR, acute care and post-acute facilities. In this role you will generate territory plans, educate end users on clinical benefits, deliver presentations and lunches, and build strong relationships with decision-makers.

A Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of medical sales experience are required; Challenger Selling training is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 2 years medical sales experience, preferably within the OR setting
• Proven track record presenting key concepts and recommendations to customers
• Strong analytical skills including pipeline and territory analysis
• Experience selling with multiple call points and decision makers
• Professional training program experience (Challenger Selling)

Responsibilities

• Generate territory plan of action to attain and achieve territory sales goals applying excellent sales skills and customer relationships
• Educate end users on the clinical benefits of Smith+ Nephew products
• Deliver sales presentations to key customers and groups and conduct product lunches and trainings
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers
