Job summary

Smith+Nephew in the United States is seeking an Account Manager, Biotissue to drive growth across OR, acute care and post-acute facilities, delivering Grafix, Stravix and other wound care solutions.

You will build strong customer relationships, educate clinicians on clinical benefits, deliver presentations and manage a territory, with a base salary range of $80,000–$100,000 plus commissions; hybrid work model offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years medical sales experience, preferably within the OR setting.
• Proven track record to effectively present key concepts and recommendations to customers in formal and informal settings.
• Strong analytical skills to include pipeline management and territory analysis.
• Experience selling in an environment with multiple call points and decision makers within an account.
• Professional training program experience (i.e., Challenger Selling).

Responsibilities

• Generate territory plan of action to attain and achieve territory sales goals utilizing excellent sales skills, territory management skills and customers relationships.
• Educate end users on the clinical benefits of Smith & Nephew products.
• Deliver sales presentations to key customers and customer groups as well as conduct product lunches and dinners for identified customer groups.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, decision-makers and thought leaders.
