Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a results-driven pharmaceutical sales professional to join a nationwide team covering a defined territory in Massachusetts.

You will promote client products to physicians, build relationships, develop a territory plan, and leverage clinical studies and managed care to influence prescribing decisions. The base salary ranges from $75,000 to $90,000, with potential bonuses and company car eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2 years of pharmaceutical, medical device, medical diagnostic sales or B2B sales experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel, including overnights/weekends.
• Must live within territory.

Responsibilities

• Promote client's products to physicians and healthcare professionals in territory.
• Develop and maintain relationships with influential customers to enhance loyalty and prescribed brands.
• Utilize defined selling model to obtain maximum commitment from customers on every call.
• Leverage knowledge of clinical studies and managed care to tailor conversations with physicians.
