Inizio Engage is hiring a Pharmaceutical Territory Sales Specialist for NY, Edison, Boston, and Garden City. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, building relationships with physicians and opinion leaders, and executing strategic territory programs.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years in sales or customer service, and pharmaceutical sales experience is highly preferred. Willingness to travel and a valid driver's license are required.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed territory sales plan and objectives by developing and implementing territory strategies.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted opinion leaders and physicians.
• Plan workdays and sales calls to achieve activity goals and objectives.
• Develop and implement territory programs to maximize sales opportunities, e.g., speakers' bureau programs, symposia.
• Complete assigned administrative tasks accurately and timely.
• Communicate current, effective sales presentations to customers.
• Attend regional and national conferences as required.
