Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking an experienced QA/QC Leader for a full-time traveling assignment supporting an Advanced Technology Group on a Biotech project. You will plan, coordinate, and develop the QA/QC plan to ensure full contract compliance and lead QA/QC staff and subcontractors.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with at least five years of construction experience, strong leadership, and familiarity with project management software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required with five years' experience or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, means and methods, and materials.
• Proven leadership and ability to mentor staff; excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate the QA/QC plan in line with contract documents.
• Ensure qualified staff are assigned to execute the plan.
• Maintain relationships with owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Lead and develop QA/QC staff, including performance appraisals.
• Ensure ethics and compliance; apply project procedures and controls.
• Conduct testing and inspections and manage third-party testing where needed.
