Job summary

Turner Construction Company seeks an experienced QA/QC leader for a full-time traveling assignment supporting advanced technology projects, including data centers. You will plan and supervise the project QA/QC plan, coordinate with owners, architects, and subcontractors, and lead QA/QC staff to deliver a compliant project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with minimum five years in construction, bridging field and engineering.
• Knowledge of the construction process, means and methods, and materials.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Leadership qualities with the desire to teach and mentor staff.
• QA/QC certification may be required on some projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and develop the project QA/QC plan per contract documents.
• Ensure qualified QA/QC staff is assigned to the project.
• Maintain relationships with owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors and vendors to ensure compliance.
• Lead and develop all QA/QC staff, including performance reviews.
• Ensure ethics and compliance are maintained at all times.
• Understand contract documents and relevant codes; manage document control and RFIs.
• Implement QA/QC in coordination with safety plans and project execution.
• Coordinate QA/QC procedures with project schedule and team.
