Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of five years' construction QA/QC experience.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC plans, procedures and codes.
• Experience coordinating with owners, architects and contractors.
• Proven leadership and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the project-specific QA/QC plan.
• Lead QA/QC staff and assign qualified personnel.
• Ensure compliance with contract documents and codes.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Oversee testing, inspections, and third-party services.
• Manage documentation, RFIs, and change orders within budget.
• Support project close-out and quality reporting.
