Job summary

Turner Construction Company seeks an experienced QA/QC lead for a full-time traveling role supporting Advanced Technology projects, including Data Centers. You will plan and implement the QA/QC plan, coordinate with project teams, and ensure compliance with contract documents.

Responsibilities include staffing, training, document control, RFIs, cost-change tracking, and close-out reporting. Travel is 100% to project sites; strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least five years' construction experience.
• Knowledge of construction processes, means and methods, and tolerances.
• Strong verbal and written communication; leadership and mentoring ability.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with PM software. QA/QC cert may be required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and develop the project QA/QC plan per contract documents.
• Staff the QA/QC team with qualified personnel and manage performance.
• Maintain relationships with owners, architects, and contractors to ensure compliance.
• Lead QA/QC staff; conduct appraisals and develop staff.
• Ensure ethics and compliance; manage document control and RFIs.
• Execute QA/QC plan to align with project schedule and safety plan.
