Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking a senior project leader for a traveling assignment in support of our Advanced Technology Group on a Biotech project. The role leads multiple projects from preconstruction through closeout, with a focus on securing new work and maintaining client relationships.

The position requires a Bachelor's Degree and 18+ years of related experience, along with deep knowledge of construction methods, BIM, Lean, and regional market dynamics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree plus minimum eighteen years' related experience or an equivalent combination.
• Thorough knowledge of construction cost, scheduling, estimating, purchasing, and engineering principles.
• Must have knowledge of regional market and sales/closing skills.
• Proven written and verbal communication abilities with proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and coordinate all phases of one or more projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and design community to enhance business development.
• Oversee master project schedule and budget; manage project risks and contract negotiations.
• Provide leadership in QA/QC, safety, and Turner initiatives across projects.
