Job summary

Turner Construction Company seeks an experienced QA/QC Lead for a full-time traveling assignment supporting our Advanced Technology Group on a Biotech project. The candidate will plan and implement the project QA/QC plan, lead QA/QC staff, and ensure contractual and code compliance across all phases.

Responsibilities include coordinating with owners, architects, and subcontractors, maintaining documentation, conducting inspections, and driving continuous quality improvements on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least five years' construction experience.
• Experience planning and implementing QA/QC plans on biotech/pharma projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of contract documents, codes, and quality standards.
• Proven leadership to guide QA/QC staff and coordinate with owners, architects and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and develop the project QA/QC plan aligned with contract documents.
• Lead QA/QC staff, ensuring qualified personnel are assigned.
• Ensure compliance with ethics and project safety plans.
• Manage document control, RFIs, submittals, and change orders within budget.
• Execute QA/QC plan across project stages and coordinate with all teams.
• Conduct testing/inspections, analyze results and report findings.
• Oversee project close-out and quality reporting.
