Turner Construction Company seeks an experienced QA/QC Lead for a full-time traveling assignment supporting Advanced Technology projects, including Data Centers. Responsibilities include planning and managing the project QA/QC Plan, coordinating with owners and subcontractors, and ensuring contract compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least five years in construction QA/QC, with the ability to lead QA/QC staff and travel 100% to project sites such as Nashville, TN.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with at least five years of construction QA/QC experience.
• Strong knowledge of contract documents, drawings, specs, and codes.
• Experience leading QA/QC staff and coordinating with owners, architects, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement the project QA/QC Plan per contract documents.
• Assign qualified QA/QC staff to cover required knowledge and roles.
• Lead and develop QA/QC personnel and conduct performance feedback.
• Ensure ethics and compliance are upheld at all times.
• Develop procedures for document control, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Oversee QA/QC testing, inspections, and third-party verification; report results.
