Turner Construction Company is seeking an Experienced QA/QC Lead for a full-time, traveling assignment with our Advanced Technology Group on a Biotech project in Raleigh, NC. The role focuses on planning, coordinating and developing the project-specific QA/QC plan and leading the QA/QC staff.

You will work with the project team, owners, architects and subcontractors to ensure compliance with contract documents, codes and Turner's standards, while mentoring staff and driving continuous

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least five years of construction experience.
• Knowledge of the construction process, means and methods, and tolerances.
• Strong verbal and written communication; leadership and mentoring ability.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with project management software.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and implement the QA/QC plan for the biotech project.
• Supervise QA/QC staff and coordinate with owners, architects, and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with contract documents, codes and Turner's standards.
• Lead performance reviews and mentor staff.
• Oversee QA/QC close-out and quality reports; manage third-party inspections.
• Manage removal and replacement of non-conforming materials and corrective actions.
