Carl Zeiss Microscopy, LLC is seeking a Biotech/Pharma Key Account Manager to drive sales growth within biotech and pharmaceutical markets. You will leverage consultative selling and deep microscopy knowledge to meet customer needs, manage key accounts, and achieve sales targets.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and time-management skills, with travel up to 60% and the ability to work in a dynamic, global organization. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in biological science or bioengineering required.
• Deep knowledge of high-end microscopy and imaging workflows relevant to biotech/pharma.
• Experience in technical sales and managing field coverage in life sciences.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth within biotech and pharmaceutical markets.
• Own and drive the full sales cycle using consultative, value-based selling methodologies, including lead qualification, needs discovery, demonstrations, proposal development and deal closure.
• Deliver presentations and demonstrations for Core Light Microscopy portfolio, including complex 3D system opportunities with PASS.
• Build and deepen relationships with existing accounts and identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain pipeline visibility and forecasting in CRM; ensure opportunities are qualified and up-to-date.
