Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service or warehouse is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift and move packages and warehouse materials safely.
• Basic computer proficiency required.
• Forklift and pallet jack experience is a plus, but training can be provided.
• Experience in shipping and receiving is a plus.
• Biotech, laboratory, or scientific distribution exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email.
• Assist customers with product selection, pricing, availability, and order questions.
• Prepare and follow up on customer quotes.
• Follow up with existing customers regarding repeat orders and product needs.
• Support inside sales outreach to laboratories and universities.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information in our CRM.
• Process and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Pick, pack, label, and verify outgoing shipments.
• Receive and inspect incoming deliveries; maintain inventory.
• Assist with frozen and temperature-sensitive product handling.
• Operate pallet jacks and forklifts as needed.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Work with management to improve customer service and operational processes.
