Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection, pricing, availability, and order questions.
• Prepare and follow up on customer quotes.

• Support inside sales outreach to laboratories and universities.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information in our CRM.
• Process and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Pick, pack, label, and verify outgoing shipments.
• Receive and inspect incoming deliveries; maintain inventory.
• Assist with frozen and temperature-sensitive product handling.
• Operate pallet jacks and forklifts as needed.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

Role Description

Innovative Bioscience is looking for a motivated and organized Inside Sales Representative / Warehouse Associate to join our team in Benicia, California.

This is a hands-on position combining customer support, inside sales, and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is comfortable communicating with customers by phone and email while also assisting with shipping, receiving, inventory, and order fulfillment.

You will work closely with our sales and operations team to help customers with product inquiries, prepare quotes, follow up on opportunities, process orders, and ensure products are accurately packed and shipped.
