Bio-Techne seeks a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations, inventory, receiving, packing, and shipping in our California facility. The role requires leadership, process improvement, and strong ERP familiarity to achieve on-time delivery and quality targets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse/distribution, including at least 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Strong inventory management knowledge and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in packaging operations and materials handling.
• Hands-on, proactive, lead-by-example attitude.
• Proficient with inventory management systems (ERP).
• Working knowledge of HazMat and IATA requirements.
• Excellent organization, communication, and leadership skills.
• Lean continuous improvement training/designer desirable.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and participate in day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure on-time delivery and quality metrics.
• Improve fulfilment processes including planning, inventory management, material coordination.
• Ensure inventory accuracy via cycle counts and audits.
• Maintain ISO 9001 compliance.
• Maintain accurate warehouse records in the inventory system.
• Enforce safe, standardized work practices across operations.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and purchasing for timely orders.
• Communicate effectively and uphold EPIC values.
• Demonstrate proficiency with MS Access, Excel, Word, Outlook, and analytics tools.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
