Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of life sciences sales experience, strong communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting targets.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of sales experience in life sciences to biotech, pharma, or academic organizations.
• Experience with DNA synthesis or related molecular biology products preferred.
• Proven ability to develop customer relationships, identify needs, and close sales.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to engage customers at multiple levels.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts and opportunities.

Responsabilités

• Territory and account management: manage accounts within a geographic region and key segments.
• Lead generation and pipeline development: identify and qualify new leads and build pipeline.
• Sales operations and reporting: maintain CRM data and provide sales forecasts.
• Product knowledge and problem solving: understand Ansa's DNA synthesis offerings and tailor solutions.
