The candidate should have substantial sales experience in pharma, with a track record in complex sales cycles, and well-established IDN connections within the territory.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of sales experience in pharmaceuticals or medical devices.
• Experience with buy & bill or long sales cycles is required.
• Proven success and established relationships within IDNs, Oncology, or Ophthalmology preferred.
• Strong connections within IDNs in the territory.
• Ability to manage large territories effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop in-depth product and disease state knowledge to effectively educate and engage healthcare professionals.
• Meet and strive to exceed all quarterly and annual sales objectives by developing territory-specific sales strategies and plans.
• Achieve territory sales goals/targets on a quarterly and/or annual basis.
• Partner with key internal and external stakeholders to remove barriers to access.
• Leverage selling skills to increase overall sales within the defined geography.
