Job summary

Accord BioPharma is seeking a remote Specialty Account Manager to drive biosimilar adoption across urology and immunology in a designated territory. You will build trusted relations with healthcare professionals, articulate clinical and economic value, and execute territory plans in collaboration with the Regional Sales Director.

Requires a minimum of 3 years in pharma/biotech or market access, strong buy-and-bill knowledge, and proficiency with CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• MBA/PhD/MPH/MPA or other advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of commercial pharma/biotech or market access experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute a territory business plan to drive adoption and growth.
• Build and maintain compliant relationships with physicians, clinical staff, and formulary stakeholders.
• Deliver clinical and economic value messaging to support informed decisions.
• Apply buy-and-bill, reimbursement, and practice economics knowledge to support formulary access and onboarding.
• Support formulary review and approval processes with clinical and economic insights.
• Collaborate with sales leadership, marketing, medical affairs, patient services, and field reimbursement teams.
• Monitor customer insights, market trends, and communicate findings to internal teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and activity per policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
