Repligen Corporation is seeking an Account Manager to sell its upstream and downstream processing solutions across the New Jersey, New York, and Delaware territory. The role is home-office based with reporting to the Regional Sales Director, requiring a strong sales track record and deep knowledge of bioprocessing technologies.

The candidate will manage key accounts, develop territory plans, negotiate with technical and procurement teams, and drive pipeline growth while supporting customers

Qualifikationen

• BSc degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent.
• At least 5 years in biopharmaceutical or life sciences with knowledge of Cell Culture, Chromatography, and Filtration.
• Proven sales track record and key account management experience.
• Ability to build mutually beneficial relationships with customers, suppliers and partners.
• Strong analytical and forecasting skills.
• Willing to travel extensively across the territory.

Aufgaben

• Drive sales opportunities to meet or exceed targets.
• Develop and execute a Territory Sales Plan with the District Sales Manager.
• Drive Opportunity Pipeline using a CRM.
• Lead negotiations with technical and procurement departments.
• Establish and maintain strategic account relationships.
• Develop new target accounts across the territory with the commercial team.
• Support customers through the clinical pipeline from lab-scale to full-scale.
• Share product, market, and competitive information with stakeholders.
• Support development of sales collateral and forecasting with QA/QC teams.
• Execute field sales activities including visits, presentations, quotes, and negotiation.
• Attend and manage trade show activities.
