Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to drive sales in an assigned territory. You will build strong relationships with physicians and healthcare professionals while delivering product presentations and developing regional market insights.

The role requires planning, execution of a territory business plan, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to maximize customer value. A BA/BS in Life Sciences and pharmaceutical sales experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; Life Sciences preferred.
• 2+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience or internship experience and/or sales degree or 2+ years of pharmaceutical experience.
• Ability to identify key decision makers, develop positive relationships and influence prescribing habits.
• Proven track record of success in exceeding results.
• Team player who can also work independently and is highly collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and/or exceed targeted sales goals in an assigned territory by executing an integrated territory business plan.
• Identify key influencers and achieve customer interaction expectations with top target customers.
• Plan and organize activities for regular coverage of the territory per plan of action.
• Deliver clinical brand presentations of products to physicians and health care professionals.
• Develop understanding of the healthcare delivery system within assigned customers.
