Job summary

Syneos Health, in partnership with a leading Biopharmaceutical company, seeks a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to drive territory sales and build strong relationships with healthcare providers. You will plan, present, and execute strategies to meet targets while understanding the healthcare delivery system and market trends.

The role requires strong communication, problem solving, and collaboration with cross-functional teams; base salary ranges reflect US market norms.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; Life Sciences preferred.
• Business to business sales experience or internship, and/or sales degree or 2+ years of pharmaceutical experience.
• Ability to identify key decision makers, develop relationships and influence prescribing habits.
• Ability to learn, apply, and communicate products and disease states.
• Proven track record of success in exceeding results.
• Team player who can also work independently and collaborate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders.
• Achieve/exceed targeted sales goals in an assigned territory.
• Develop and execute an integrated territory business plan.
• Deliver clinical brand presentations to physicians and health professionals.
• Understand healthcare delivery scenes and patient care workflows.
• Collaborate with sales, brand teams and support partners.
• Manage territory budget and complete administrative tasks.
