Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking a Link Strategy professional to drive adoption within emerging biotech accounts. You will map stakeholders, lead demonstrations, and align product strategy with customer needs to maximize value.

You will collaborate with sales to shape go-to-market messaging, drive renewals, and forecast product adoption while championing Link features and coordinating with product teams to meet market demands. A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in life sciences consulting are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of client-facing consulting or strategy experience.
• Life sciences exposure with KOL engagement experience.
• Proven ability to influence executive-level customers and stakeholders.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving results.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own adoption and long-term success of Link in emerging Biotech accounts.
• Define messaging, map stakeholders, and lead product demonstrations and strategy meetings.
• Collaborate with sales to define strategies, drive deals and renewals.
• Lead go-to-market messaging for Link and new features.
• Advocate Link value and position it in the market to maximize engagement.
• Gather themes for Link and align with Veeva product teams.
