Veeva Systems is hiring for a Strategy-focused role within Veeva Link to transform engagement with Key Opinion Leaders in Healthcare. You will own adoption in biotechs, lead strategic account plans, and drive product strategy with sales partners.

You will influence senior stakeholders, collaborate cross-functionally, and shape go-to-market messaging for new Link features while supporting a flexible, work-from-anywhere environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of work experience with 2+ years in client-facing consulting or strategy.
• Life Sciences experience with KOL/Thought Leader engagement, medical affairs, or commercial launch.
• Ability to influence and manage executive-level customers and stakeholders.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving alignment and results.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong work ethic and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Own adoption and long-term success of Link within emerging and small Biotech accounts; collaborate with Account Partners on strategic plans.
• Define messaging, map stakeholders, and lead demos/strategy meetings to drive product adoption.
• Collaborate with sales to define strategies, drive deals/renewals, and forecast adoption across customers.
• Lead go-to-market messaging for Link, including new products/features, to ensure strong positioning and customer value.
• Evangelize Link's value to maximize customer engagement and market fit.
• Capture and relay key themes/requirements for Link to Veeva product teams to align with market needs.
