Job summary

Syner-G is seeking an experienced Project Manager to act as the owner’s representative on large, complex construction projects, preferably in lab/office or cGMP manufacturing environments. The role requires 7–12 years of leadership and a deep understanding of safe construction practices, commissioning, and compliance.

The successful candidate will oversee multi-employer sites, coordinate procurement and commissioning, and ensure project closeout with proper documentation, SOPs and safety

Qualifications

• Engineering degree (mechanical, electrical, construction).
• OSHA construction certification and knowledge of safe practices.
• Experience acting as owner’s representative on large projects and handling multi-employer sites.

Responsibilities

• Act as owner’s representative on large, complex construction projects in lab/office or cGMP environments.
• Lead design through construction to commissioning and handover.
• Develop commissioning strategy, review submittals, and ensure safety and compliance.
• Coordinate procurement, delivery, and movement of equipment on site.
• Supervise subcontractors, plan daily activities, and ensure schedule targets.
• Use project management software (ProCore, E-Builder, Prolog).
• Write SOPs for building systems and ensure closeout documentation.
