Job summary

Syner-G BioPharma Group in Marlborough, MA is seeking a Senior Project Engineer with 2–5 years of experience supporting engineering, commissioning, validation, and operational readiness in GMP-regulated life sciences environments.

You will coordinate capital projects, validate systems, and manage documentation across the project lifecycle, collaborating with engineering, facilities, quality, and operations teams. Travel to client sites may be required up to 100%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field.
• 2–5 years in engineering, commissioning, validation, facilities, or operations within GMP-regulated environments.
• Experience generating and managing engineering and validation documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support capital projects from design through commissioning, qualification, validation, and startup activities.
• Perform startup and commissioning of building and utility systems (HVAC, water, electrical, etc.).
• Support validation and qualification activities, including protocol development and final reporting.
• Develop and manage lifecycle documentation (URS/FRS, FAT/SAT, P&IDs).
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and regulatory requirements.
