Qualifications

• Proven success with high-volume outbound prospecting and lead qualification.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication; able to engage senior stakeholders.
• Skilled in using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and data analytics to guide outreach decisions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound outreach (cold calls, emails, social) to decision-makers at biopharma organizations.
• Craft tailored messages articulating Syneos Health’s value proposition and services.
• Execute campaigns and conferences to broaden market awareness and engagement.
• Qualify inbound leads and align with Inside Sales or BD for next steps.
• Maintain up-to-date activity and account intelligence in CRM systems.
