Amentum seeks a Site Supervisor in Portland, OR to manage the overall operations of an Applicant Support Center (ASC). You will supervise Biometrics Technicians and support staff, ensure efficient daily production, and maintain safety, security, and customer service standards.

The role requires 2-3 years in customer service or administration with supervisory experience, ability to obtain facility credentials, and coordination with USCIS personnel. Competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain and maintain facility credentials/authorization. US Citizenship is required for facility credentials/authorization at this work location.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience such as customer service, administrative support or call center with at least 1 year of supervisory experience or a minimum of 1 year experience at an Applicant Support Center.
• Stand/walk 70-75% of each shift while performing duties and engaging in repetitive motions.

Responsabilités

• Supervises staff including Biometrics Technician(s), Receptionist and Tiger Team BTs.
• Oversees Biometrics capture, IDP, and related processes.
• Manages staff scheduling to maximize ASC capacity.
• Prepares and submits reports (Weekly Production Report, Customer Service Reporting, timesheets, training records, GFP inventory, AIR).
• Conducts training for ASC personnel using SOP and other tools.
• Ensures adherence to workplace policies and coordinates with HR on performance issues.
• Maintains coordination with Regional Managers and USCIS personnel.
