Amentum is seeking a Customer Service (Biometric Enrollment) Specialist to greet and assist applicants pursuing legal immigration, guiding them through biometrics at the USCIS ASC site in Pittsburgh. The role emphasizes courteous service, accuracy in biometrics processing, and safeguarding sensitive information.

This on-call position offers shifts during standard ASC hours, with training provided and potential eligibility for health and welfare benefits under the SCA.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak and write in English.
• Ability to stand for scheduled shift duration.
• Ability to type and use basic computer skills.
• Successful completion of the biometrics training and become certified within sixty days.

Responsibilities

• Complete biometrics registration for applicants seeking legal immigration to the United States.
• Ensure all entrants are approved applicants and visitors while assisting staff with rules and policies of the ASC.
• Provide front-line customer service as a representative of Amentum and the United States Government.
