Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Customer Service (Biometric Enrollment) Specialist in St. Louis to welcome and assist individuals pursuing legal immigration. You will guide applicants through biometrics, maintain order, verify IDs, and support staff at the USCIS ASC.

Training is provided for qualified candidates. The role is part-time with a 20-hour weekly schedule, Monday through Friday, 7:45am–4:15pm, and pays $18.42 per hour with potential health and welfare benefits under the SCA.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain and maintain facility credentials/authorization.
• US Citizenship required for facility credentials/authorization at this work location.
• Ability to stand for scheduled shift and operate in a high pace environment.
• Successful completion of the biometrics training and certification within sixty days.]
• Speak and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Complete biometrics registration for applicants.
• Provide front-line customer service as representatives of Amentum and the U.S. Government.
• Assist in crowd control and enforce ASC rules and policies.
• Maintain visitor logs and complete administrative paperwork as needed.
