Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Customer Service (Biometric Enrollment) Specialist to greet applicants pursuing legal immigration and guide them through biometrics at the USCIS ASC. You will ensure entry eligibility, provide front-line service, and support staff with security and crowd control.

This on-call, hourly role offers flexible hours with benefits under the SCA, including health coverage and retirement plans. Training is provided to qualified candidates, and citizenship is required for facility

Qualifications

Must be able to obtain facility credentials/authorization. US Citizenship is required for facility credentials/authorization.
A High School Diploma or equivalent.
Must be able to speak and write in English.
Ability to stand upright for scheduled shift duration.
Ability to hold and grasp applicant’s hands for fingerprints.
Ability to work in a high paced environment with the public.
Ability to type and use basic computer skills.
Successful completion of biometrics training within sixty days.

Responsibilities

Complete biometrics registration for applicants seeking legal immigration to the US.
Ensure all entrants are approved applicants while providing crowd control and assisting staff with ASC rules.
Provide front-line customer service as representatives of Amentum and the US Government.
