Amentum in Portland, OR is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee the Applicant Support Center operations, including staff oversight, safety, and daily production. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• US Citizenship is required for facility credentials/authorization at this location.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in customer service, admin support, or call center with at least 1 year in a supervisory role or 1 year at an ASC.
• Standing/walking 70-75% of each shift with repetitive motions.
• Must complete all required training upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff including Biometrics Technicians and Receptionist.
• Reports to Regional/Deputy Regional Manager.
• Oversees day-to-day ASC operations: admin, logistics, safety, and production.
• Manages scheduling to maximize ASC capacity.
• Prepares reports such as Weekly Production Report and AIRs.
• Conducts training for ASC personnel.
• Ensures adherence to workplace policies and coordinates with management.
