Amentum is seeking a Customer Service Specialist (Biometric Enrollment) to welcome and assist applicants pursuing legal immigration at the USCIS Application Support Center. You will oversee biometrics registration, screen entrants, and maintain orderly flow with a focus on security and courtesy.

The role is on-call, with shifts 7:45am–4:15pm, five days a week, and compensation at $26.03 per hour. Training is provided and benefits include a 401(k) plan and EAP; a flexible schedule suits those

Qualifications

• Must obtain and maintain facility credentials/authorization (US Citizenship required).
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to speak and write in English.
• Stand for shift duration and perform fingerprints with accuracy.
• Complete biometrics training and become certified within 60 days.

Responsabilités

• Complete biometrics registration for applicants seeking legal immigration.
• Ensure ASC entrants are approved and manage crowd control.
• Provide front-line customer service representing Amentum and the U.S. Government.
• Perform biometrics processing (fingerprints, photos, signatures) within processing times.
• Maintain visitor control logs and complete administrative paperwork as needed.
