Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Customer Service (Biometric Enrollment) Specialist to welcome and assist individuals pursuing immigration processes at the USCIS Application Support Center. You will guide applicants through biometrics, verify identities, and support staff with crowd control and safety.

This casual on-call role offers training, requires availability five days a week, and includes benefits under the SCA. The position emphasizes respectful service and accuracy in processing biometrics.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to obtain facility credentials/authorization. US citizenship required.
• Must be able to speak and write in English.
• Ability to stand for shift duration and handle biometrics processes.
• Successful completion of biometrics training and certification within sixty days.

Responsibilities

• Complete biometrics registration for applicants.
• Ensure only approved applicants enter the ASC and assist with crowd control.
• Provide front-line customer service representing Amentum and the U.S. Government.
• Perform biometrics processing (fingerprints, photos, signatures) within set times.
• Maintain visitor control logs and complete administrative duties as needed.
