Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Customer Service (Biometric Enrollment) Specialist to welcome and assist individuals pursuing immigration benefits at the USCIS Application Support Center. You will guide applicants through biometrics, verify identities, and maintain security while delivering high-quality service.

The role is an on-call, casual position with flexible hours, typically Monday to Friday, 7:45am–4:15pm, and compensation at $19.10 per hour, with benefits and retirement options available depending

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain and maintain facility credentials/authorization; US citizenship required for credentials.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to speak and write in English.
• Ability to stand for shift duration and handle fingerprints.
• Ability to work in a high paced environment with the public.
• Typing and basic computer skills required.
• Biometrics training completed and certification within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Complete biometrics registration for applicants pursuing legal immigration.
• Ensure ASC entrants are approved and assist with crowd control and rules enforcement.
• Provide front-line customer service on behalf of Amentum and the U.S. government.
• Perform biometrics processing including fingerprints, photos, and signatures within time limits.
• Screen applicants with valid appointment notices and IDs; maintain visitor logs and logs.
